I’m sort of new to using beeswax and making my own stuff. Thanks to youtube & Amazon, I got an amazing amount of information. For example, if you look at some of the different beeswax products on here, there are some that are pellets, some that are 1 pound chunks, and just about everything in between. Some of them were rated highly, and some very poorly. Some said that it depended on which seller. I read several reviews describing bad odor, petroleum odor and tobacco odor, as well as bad color, no color or bad taste.
Beeswax is NOT the same quality from every vendor

I have always been a natural living person and make most of the things I use – cleaning supplies, candles, skin creams, and have been doing this for years. In a lot of the things, beeswax is an ingredient, and I have become quite the beeswax ‘connoisseur.’ High quality beeswax makes a huge difference and can be, surprisingly, tough to find. I have found however that the quality varies GREATLY from seller to seller on this listing.

I used this as an ingredient in some lotion bars I made from scratch. Just what I needed to add some firmness to the shea butter and dandelion oil mixture.

Quality Value Depot is definitely an amazing seller! This is my 2nd time purchasing this product. Once from my dad’s account and now from my account. This smells amazing and it’s cool how it doesn’t come in a huge block so it’s much more convenient than the 1 lb ones.
Beeswax Great for Runner’s Shoelaces

Tina and I have close to 1,700 miles walking between us. Stopping to tie your shoe is a real slow down. A tricks we learned to keep our shoe laces from coming untied on the trail is Beeswax,a sure cinch. One treatment is good for several hundred miles. It seems counter intuitive to use wax to improve the holding power of shoelaces, but it works. The technique for application, in the photos, works well. We just treat the tie ends while still on the shoe.

Just what I needed to recreate my Lush fave, Sex-Bomb! I recreated the fragrance using Ylang-Ylang, Jasmine, and Clary Sage and infused it into several awesome homemade products, lip balm, scrubs, and bath bombs. I used this beeswax to create my very own EOS lip balm and body butter. Next up is deodorant and a new facial moisturizer using Orange EO. I’ve got roughly 4 1/2 bars left for any products I could want to make. Such an awesome deal! Arrived on time and I love having it around the house for all my homemade cosmetics.
