I bought both the orange and the green and I love them both! The orange helps color correct my dark circles under my eyes and the green corrects the reds in my skin tone! In my picture I have full half face makeup where I used this product under my skin color concealer and contour
Works for fair skin as well!

After looking at the online reviews for this product, I was a bit skeptical of it would work for me due to the abundance of reviews from darker skin toned ladies saying how well it worked for them. I’m about as fair as they come (check out the pic and you’ll see what I mean 😝) I was pleasantly surprised to see how it perfectly covered my blue dark circles when I applied regular concealer on top. Tonight I had a date outside in the summer heat and when I looked in the mirror after 5 hours the dark circles were still perfectly covered!!! It’s amazing to look wide awake at 10:00 pm (took the pic then) after doing makeup early morning. Highly recommend this product to all lovely ladies with different skin colors 🙂 you won’t be sorry you bought this product. (Even my boyfriend could tell I looked more awake Haha)

I’ve used a peach concealor under my eyes for quite some time…until the brand I loved was discontinued. I have medium olive skin, super yellow undertones. I was hesitant about purchasing such a pigmented orange color, but the internet raved about how great it is for under eye circles so I decided to give NYX (a brand I trust) a try.

This concealer is above average for a drugstore concealer.
Great full coverage concealer for under eye

I have been using NYX products for a few years and they typically don’t disappoint. This concealer is no different. It is a thinker formula and full coverage concealer. I am quite fair and have pretty dark under eye circles as well as patchy redness around my nose and chin. I have tried multiple products to try and cover problem areas without sinking into my fine lines and pores. Everything I have used has either not covered well enough or settled into lines and pores and looked cakey. This product is great at covering fully without looking cakey. I also find that it blends out wonderfully and does not wear off, get patchy, or change colors during the day like some products can do. Plus I do not need to set the product if I don’t want to. I do like the NYX HD concealer wand better because the packaging is more convenient for me but everywhere was sold out of my shade and I was out so I tried this product out. I gave this 4 stars because I am not a huge fan of the potted packaging. I have small fingers and it is hard to use my fingers to get the product out of the pot to apply. However, a small brush does work a bit better.
So for the clueless like me, here’s the trick

So I was a total novice to the entire idea of color correction when I got this stuff. At first I just slathered it on under my eyes and was honestly totally bewildered when my dark undereye circles were still there, just orange lol.
Great consistency; yellow brightens under eye area.

I had a jar of this a couple of years ago and I really liked it. I have since tried multiple other concealers and even went without using concealers, but now I am back to the NYX Jar Concealer in Yellow and it is the by far my favorite and will stick with it. The jar is smaller than you would expect it to be, but a little bit goes a long way. It is pretty pigmented and it spreads smoothly and evenly. It is not too stiff or dry and it doesn’t drag on your skin. I have this in the color Yellow to add some brightness to my under eyes and hide the dark circles. It wears nicely and certainly brightens my under eye area. I add this under my foundation and it blends nicely with my foundation.
If you use the correct products along with this product, it works really great!

Color correction is a great way to take care of problem areas. I have dark circles on light skin and I use this to help conceal my raccoon eyes!
Great concealer! Works best when applied with a concealer brush.

I am a quite fair-skinned Caucasian woman, and many concealers make my skin look darker than they should, making my dark circles appear darker and almost like its dirty. Not so with this NYX concealer! It has a very light, almost pink color to it, and it has the tiniest particles of light-reflecting pigments – not like glitter, but like glitter that has been miconized: the pieces of sparkle are virtually invisible in the cream, but the effects that they add are definitely worth their presence! The dark circles under my eyes disappear with this concealer (use a BRUSH to apply! It’s an even method of application, and I put a translucent powder over the concealer to “set” it. I didn’t want to use my fingers to put the concealer on, which would contaminate the whole little jar of it, and I bought the brush specifically to apply this creamy concealer. I’m glad I did.

This particular concealer can freak you out when you put it on, but works to offset any dark circles. A very light touch is required – it’s an absolute MUST – and then use a flesh toned concealer or foundation over it and your dark circles are gone. Also works on redness in the face due to hyper pigmentation, or acne scarring, but I can’t stress enough, a gentle light hand is required so as to not over do it.
