I would consider myself a makeup artist and a drag queen. My looks consist of very bright and bold colors on the eyes and long-time wear. I actually prefer this product over the urban decay eyeshadow primer, for a few reasons.

I bought this hoping it would a lower priced alternative to Urban Decay Primer. This stuff works just as well as higher priced products, the color payoff for the eyeshadow is better, and it stays on all day but also is easy to remove.

I have recently purchased the Lorac eye primer, and really liked it, enough that I started to run low, and panicked a bit! I remember hearing a YouTuber that I trust named Emily Noel recommend this primer, even referring to it as her “Holy Grail!” I know that she had the chance to try so many that at this price, I had to try it! I am so incredibly glad I did. I love this eyeshadow primer MORE than the Lorac! Lorac is about 3 times the price, so I am still in shock. I used both on my arm side by side with one of my lower quality eyeshadows and swiped swatches on the bare skin, Lorac primer, and this one, and the Milani was the obvious winner. On days that I used the Milani I noticed that not only was the color of my shadows more intense, but it lasted ALL day and then some, you have to use a makeup remover to even get it to budge. So far, it has worked flawlessly with all of the shadows I have tried it with on a large range of qualities and price points. I cannot stress enough that you should give this a shot, I almost promise that it will save you a ton of money in the future. I will not be using another brand unless I a sent a sample or something, and it somehow beats this one out! AMAZING buy and an official must have for me!

I purchased this to help keep my eyeshadow from creasing during the day. I love how it goes on so smoothly and it really makes the colors in my shadows more vibrant. It also keeps my shadow from disappearing by the end of the day. I still see a little creasing, but only after wearing makeup from morning to night. The texture is creamy, light and blends easily. Overall, I’m pleased.

I’m not one to spend a ton on make up but I do enjoy it. I don’t have high end eyeshadows but enjoy cheaper (yet good quality) ones like the revealed 2 coastal scents palette. Since using this primer, the application of the eyeshadows has improved exponentially. The colors are more vibrant, they “stick” to the primer perfectly, it helps to keep my shadow in place (no colors blending into one hot mess) and it prevents creasing. I wear make up for most of the day (7am-7pm) and this makes my eyeshadows look fawless from the moment I leave the house until I’m ready to take my make up off.

Here is a drug store product that performs as well as an expensive one!

You don’t need to buy super expensive eyeshadow base; this product works so well and at a great price. Did I mention that I loved this? If you haven’t used an eyeshadow base, you will soon learn that the eyeshadow base helps keep your eye shadow in place and from flaking or melting away. I put this on at 7 am in the morning, my eyeshadow is still there looking great in the evening.

I purchased this after reading good reviews on Reddit. This primer is supposed to be on par with Urban Decay and other more expensive brands. Having never tried UB, I can say that this primer will be the reason I never have to. I think it works great, goes on like nude-clear, and stays on all day. It keeps my eye shadow in place and I love how it brings out the pigment. I would def recommend and purchase again.

I like this primer. I have been a makeup snob for years and honestly haven’t tried a lot of non-brand named primers but I found myself not wanting to pay $20 for my go to Urban Decay Primer Potion. I looked at a lot of different drugstore primers and found this one has the best reviews so I decided to give it a try. I was impressed. The product is a bit thinner and more oily than UD but still gets the job done. I also do notice more breakdown at the end of the day than compared to UD but again, not enough for me to be dissatisfied. For the price, I am pleased and will likely continue using this primer for daily use.
